Three-dimensional paintings are a signature style of D’Arcy. His paintings are made with many layers of stylo foam; VA glue. joint compound and recycled plastic bottles creating a sculpture on canvas of beach shoes inspired by the aerial views of the ocean and landscapes from the Devon coast to the Caribbean.
